Donation to the Henrico Lodge Foundation

To Our Community Supporters:

The Henrico Lodge Charitable Foundation, is a tax-exempt, non-profit organization, classified as a 501 (c) 3 entity by the I.R.S. The parent organization, Henrico Lodge #4, F.O.P. is made up of police officers and staff members, active and retired, primarily from the Henrico Police, Henrico Sheriff’s Office, and New Kent Sheriff’s Office. We also represent members from the Virginia State Capitol Police, the Richmond Sheriff’s Office, the Airport Police, and the Virginia Game Commission.

The funds received from your contribution will support the community projects of the Foundation. Some of the community projects that we support include Easter Seals, the Special Olympics, the Henrico TRIAD (a program for the benefit of senior citizens), the Richmond Area Safe Kids Coalition, and the Crime Stoppers program. Our annual “Cops Who Care” Christmas program, pairs Law Enforcement Officers with financially disadvantaged kids from the Henrico schools, to provide necessities and gifts that they may not otherwise receive.  The Law Enforcement related programs that we support include the Henrico P.A.L. (Police Athletic League), The National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial, the Virginia Chapter of C.O.P.S. (Concerns of Police Survivors), and the Henrico Police Foundation,. Additionally, we provide college scholarships to our F.O.P member’s children/grandchildren.
